Habib speaks on the challenges of church planting. He warns against down-playing the message of the cross in favour of looking to human power and wisdom from 1 Corinthians 1:18-31. Habib looks at how Paul challenges human power and wisdom. He looks at why we might be tempted to give up on the message of the cross, especially that the powerful are not coming to Christ. He argues that this is exactly why human wisdom is dumb. Habib shows that the message of the cross is what saves, and because this is the way that God has revealed himself, it is the only way by which we can be saved.
