Chapman explores how to design feedback forms, and not to read into the number of responses. He stresses that he presents the gospel first, and leaves apologetics for afterwards. He demonstrates how to start a conversation afterwards, by asking a specific question on a particular part of the talk. Chapman demonstrates the centrality of the resurrection in establishing Jesus as Messiah. He shares stories of sharing the gospel with different peoples and when sharing faith is challenging. Chapman reminds his listeners of the importance of prayer, both in preparation and when preaching.
