Chapman speaks on evaluating evangelistic events. He addresses questions including : Was the gospel preached? Was it preached in categories that people could understand? Were there unbelievers present? Will it call people to make a decision? Was the atmosphere conducive to listening? Discussion of types of events. Discussion on the use of questions. Chapman reviews resources available for training people in evangelism, and explores some techniques for opening the Bible when visiting people.

Chapman examines repentance and judgement from Matthew 11:20-24. He then discusses how we read and approach the Bible. Chapman explores God's sovereignty and that we are not independent of God. Chapman explores the commissioning of disciples, that it is God doing the commissioning, and God initiating response to the Gospel. He looks at all the different ways the Bible describes our state before we know Christ. He then explores if there is reason to have public repentance if it is not necessary for salvation. Chapman explores how to design feedback forms, and not to read into the number of responses. He stresses that he presents the gospel first, and leaves apologetics for afterwards. He demonstrates how to start a conversation afterwards, by asking a specific question on a particular part of the talk. Chapman demonstrates the centrality of the resurrection in establishing Jesus as Messiah. He shares stories of sharing the gospel with different peoples and when sharing faith is challenging. Chapman reminds his listeners of the importance of prayer, both in preparation and when preaching.
