In Folder: Jensen, Peter, 1943-
Jensen looks at how we respond to questions about the exclusivity of the gospel. Jensen then looks at the character and role of Elijiah in ministering to Israel in 2 Kings. He then shows that John the Baptist is the promised Elijiah, looking both at Jesus' baptism and John's moment of doubt. Jensen then expounds the transfiguration from Luke, and that Jesus, Moses and Elijiah were discussing the departure of Jesus. He shows that all three are in the same tradition, and that Jesus is not alone in the way God has been working. Jensen shows that Jesus is both the continuity of the Old Testament, but also that Jesus is unique, and that he alone is to be worshipped., Cassette label reads : "2 Kings 2 Peter Jensen"
