He uses Israel to illustrate this, showing that Paul himself is the answer to his own prayer. Windsor explores Paul's desire for Israel to come to Christ, as they see Gentiles coming to Christ and hoping that they envy this and come to Christ as well. He shows that God will work no matter what we do.
