Ramsay considers post-apostolic Christianity (the same as apostolic Christianity) and how it helps us work out if our churches are on the right track. She explains that if you reject Paul, you also reject Jesus, because Jesus is the sender. Paul wants to hand on the gospel, so as to bring people to faith. Faith has to lead to godliness or it is worthless. Discussion of appointing leaders, and the characters of appointing Christian leaders, especially being devoted to the gospel so as to teach and to lead to godliness. Ramsay speaks on recognising the threats, including refuting those who speak against the truth. She shows where we belong in the spread of the gospel, and challenges the leaders to hold fast to the gospel, and to have the same godly qualities., Cassette label reads: "16/8/02 Lesley Ramsay Trusting the truth that leads to godliness Session 1 Titus 1:1-16 Session 2 Titus 2:1-15 17/8/02 Crossroads Women's conference"

Ramsay speaks on godliness from Titus. Godliness leads to sound doctrine, with application to five groups, and five different scenarios for godliness. To think, act, and speak in a way that brings honour to God, to be like Christ. Ramsay explores the application for women, including fostering inter-generational relationships, and training across generations. Ramsay speaks to both married and single women. She encourages married women to put their husband and children above their own needs. She then addresses all women to be self-controlled and pure - to think from God's perspective before we act. Finally Ramsay addresses submission. Question and Answer at the end., Cassette label reads: "16/8/02 Lesley Ramsay Trusting the truth that leads to godliness Session 1 Titus 1:1-16 Session 2 Titus 2:1-15 17/8/02 Crossroads Women's conference"
