Shead speaks on what it means to establish a mission, and the long term vision. He stresses that you must consider the local context, and what, therefore, is achievable. Shead says that we must focus on the Gospel and on people. Rukovic explains the needs in France, especially that of prayer. He warns against comparing Australia with France with people going into fulltime ministry. They speak on the quality and challenges of theological education.
