Galea looks at the affect of the gospel on our attitude to suffering. He also applies this to creation and it's suffering. He shows that this is why it is silly to worship creation. Galea explores our groaning for the New Creation. He argues that this should be our motivation for enduring suffering. Speaker explains that the Spirit is interceding our groaning and prayers to God.

Galea contrasts the mindset of those controlled by sin, and those controlled by Christ. He shows that having the Spirit shows that we belong to Christ, and that these cannot be separated. Galea looks at reasons that we should do the right thing, by each person of the Trinity. He stresses that we are always in a battle with sin, and that this battle is within the family of God. He shows that we are able to be intimate with God because we are saved.
