Hall looks at the impact of Alexander Duff to India. He looks at some of the challenges in reaching Hindus through education, and that it was Duff's aim to take the gospel to India via education. Duff felt that if we reach the higher castes with Western education and gospel work, then leaders within the local area could be trained, and there would be a trickle-down effect. Hall looks at the methods which Duff used for education, and how effective this was in taking the gospel to the higher castes. He looks at the challenges faced by those who did come to Christ, especially amongst those from a higher caste. Talk is followed by questions., Cassette label reads : "Apologetics - Tuesday bible and missions evang 18/8 26/5 A 2/6 B"
