Webster explores what happens when one is immature, and how easy it then is to fall away. He explores the work of the mature. Webster argues against three slogans : 1. Not too much - those who have no hunger for depth in their Christian lives 2. Not too hard - those who are not willing to be pushed/move out of our comfort zone 3. Not to worried - those who won't make a committment, or take Christ seriously. Turned away Webster stresses that we must press on, on top of the foundations. 1. Developing spiritual muscle requires work. 2. Solid food mixed with informed decisions is needed for maturity, having a Christian mind and Christian life build on one another. 3. The danger of drifting - press on to maturity to combat this., Cassette label reads : "St Thomas' tape library '4. The work of the mature' Hebrews 5:14 26.5.95 pm Greg Webster"
