Jensen interviews Kanzter, and then advertises the lectures for 1985. Kanzter looks at the reformer's theology in contrast to natural theology, and the different ways that they defend the gospel. He explains Calvin's theology - that we must know God as Redeemer in order to know him as Creator. Kanzter explores the rejection of the human mind towards faith, and that, without God's grace, the most we can reach is an historical faith. Kanzter looks at the objects of the Holy Spirit's witness, and then how it is that the Holy Spirit witnesses to sinners. Kanzter share some insights for Christian apologetics from both Calvin and Barth Talk is followed by questions.
