Thompson speaks on Paul's final words to Timothy from 2 Timothy 4. He looks at Paul's challenge/reminder to Timothy to preach the word, and applies this to the graduating students. This includes both patience and urgency, taking and making opportunities.

Thompson talks to the whole college from Matthew 11:2-24, on ministry expectations. He explores John's expectations, of the crowd's expectations, and the disciple's expectations., DO WE NEED ANOTHER FOLDER FOR END OF YEAR CHAPEL TALKS?

Thompson speaks on Zephaniah 1. He highlights how hard it is to hear about sin and the struggles/fall of Israel and the temptation to jump to the New Testament, but that we must read it to really appreciate Jesus. Thompson provides the Biblical context for Zephaniah, and looks at the description of the Day of the Lord.

Thompson continues his series on the Lord's Prayer from Matthew 6:13, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. He stresses that we can not do this ourselves, but that we need to pray. Thompson then looks at the position of trials, and the difference between testing and temptation.

Thompson speaks on Zephaniah 2. He compares the blackness of Ancient Israel to 21st Century Australia. He reminds his listeners that there will be a day of reckoning, but that there will be a remnant.

Thompson explores the restoration and judgement promised in Zephaniah 3:8-20. He looks at the importance of waiting for Christ. Thompson then explores the command to sing, including that God also sings over his people.
