He looks at changes that happen as people move around, and where leadership/power is found.Dean looks at the fracture in the church in the late 1990s, and the conflict between tradition and possible changes so that people come to Christ. He encourages his audience to be open to changing church structures and traditions.Talk is followed by questions.
